Extra Account showing up on my Link - BMO Toronto

When I go to LINK a new account (using BMO as financial institution) I see an extra account with a $1400 credit balance. BMO confirms it is not from my relationship with them so they point to YNAB as the culprit.  The link menu simply shows this as a mastercard account with a balance. I did link to it and am checking it daily for any activity - if it is a live (non zero) account then a transaction will have to happen within 30 days (payment or interest charge or another transaction) and I will inform  YNAB. If nothing comes up in 30 days then maybe it is an error with the link supplier program.
