Applying credit card payment that appears in bank download
Stupid question maybe. No time to search and the answer does not make itself evident immediately.
1. I budgeted $2,000 to pay down a credit card balance
2. The payment shows up in today's bank download
3. When I go to apply it, the option to apply it towards the credit card account does not appear.
In other words, there is no category for debt. Yes, they are included in the accounts to be tracked within the budget.
What am I missing?

Transfers are in the payees. In the future, enter the transfer transaction ahead of time, and the software will learn that that particular payee is a transfer.

Sea Green Hammer Change the payee for the transaction to "Transfer: <CC Account Name>". It should be in the payee list already.
All credit card payments are transfers between accounts.
