Funds for the month don't match To Be Budgeted amounts
I've just migrated from years of using the Windows application to the web-based version. It's alarming to see how far off things are.
The most glaring error - and maybe the root of it all - "Funds for December" is missing about half my income this month, (it's the same situation last month, when I scroll back).
Instead, just about all of the missing income is in the red "To Be Budgeted" icon at the top, which has about the same as one of my two paychecks.
I've confirmed that both of my paychecks from this month are entered into the register for this month, they are marked as Inflow, cleared, and assigned "Inflow: To be Budgeted". The same for the previous month.
At the same time, the Available amounts for many categories is off. For instance, If I have $700 budgeted for a category, and I've spent $525, I should have $175 available. Instead, it's $460 or so.

The new YNAB doesn't have the Red Arrow so the overspending is always taken out of next month. If you have credit cards, it has issues converting the Pre-YNAB debt functionality (which used the red arrow) to the Credit Card Payment categories.
You will need to fix your categories in the current month to make them match YNAB4 and clean up any credit card categories. You may also need to unhide categories to do all of this.
There is no point in going back to fix previous months. It won't do you any good and is a waste of time.
