Bank import issues always blamed on the connection provider

Hi there,

I am not casting blame on YNAB, but I find it frustrating that import issues are always reported as:

"Institution X changed their connection requirements/implementation and our connection provider is working with them to fix the problem"

NOW, I have been working in the financial services industry for decades.

Banks do not just change their connection requirements/implementations overnight.  Its a deliberate and planned process.

It is your connection provider's business to know what is happening with the institutions they connect to.  It is their business to be in sync with these institutions, know what is coming down the pipeline and be ready when it happens.

So tell your provider to get its act together, its service delivery is not up to scratch.
