  • Hello!

Because we've introduced a monthly subscription option, we're no longer offering long extended trials.

If you’re not quite ready to commit to an annual subscription after that, you can subscribe monthly for $11.99/month. Of course, you can cancel or update your subscription to the annual plan at any time by visiting your Account Settings. :)

How does that sound? We’d love to see you carry on budgeting with YNAB!

Matthew as a long time paying customer, I hope ynab will stick to this policy.  34 days is plenty of time to evaluate and your cancellation policy is more than fair.

  • Normally I would say that is a fair deal but I am trying another product at the same time.  I am already going though entering everything twice and think the lease YNAB can do to keep me trying out your product is to give me a few months to complete my evaluation.  As I said before, I think YNAB is coming out on top, but I have a few things work related that are weird and I have to go with the best product that works with that.  I work on Lakes in the north and that really starts to pick up after permits are all allowed to go live on April 1st.  Please extend if you can.  If not, I understand and I will just move on.

    • Hot Pink Wizard Hey Jeff! We've ended the longer trials, so they're more consistent for all YNABers and unable to extend as you've described. I sent you a quick email, so we can get you connected with our User Accounts team if you have further questions on this policy.
