Using for 2 years, recently stopped importing

Hi there, I've been using YNAB for about 2 years now, and recently my credit card activity has stopped importing. I disconnected/reconnected the card, but there's still zero activity. Last activity is in the late august! Could you help me solve this? 

  • Name of the financial institution: Chase
  • Type of account:  credit card
  • Nickname of the account in YNAB: PRC Budget
  • Date of the last transaction that imported: 8/22/2021
  • Date, payee, and amount of a few transactions that haven't imported, but cleared your online banking account 3+ days ago:
    1. 10/06/2021, ASKNEO. IO, $34.00
    2. 10/04/2021, Printful, Inc, $94.97
    3. 10/04/2021, FLODESK, $19
