Not able to get into YNAB

When I get into YNAB, I get this message: "Something has gone wrong likely having to do with internets and tubes. Refresh your browser to get back in business."

I've restarted my machine and cleared cache.  Is this a server problem?

  • I'm getting the same error message. I think it's a them problem, not a you problem.

    Bummer, because today is payday and I am really missing the ability to budget out that income.

    It will be worth the wait if they are fixing the import issues.

    We were in maintenance mode for a bit this morning following a new release. Things went back up at 7am EST and you shouldn't be seeing any error messages now. If you're still having trouble accessing your budget, please let me know!

    Thank you all! I've passed this along to our team so they can take a closer look! I'm currently able to get into both app.youneedabudget.com and www.ynab.com, but they're looking! Can you let me know which browsers you're using?

    Edit: Nevermind! Our team identified the issue and they're working on a fix now! :)

  • We've been informed that this issue is affecting YNABers who currently have the YNAB Toolkit installed. Turning it off should fix the issue and allow you to access your budget.

    Our team is still working on a fix, but I hope that helps for the time being!

  • I am having this problem as well.  It started today and I unable to do anything in ynab on the computer.  I am using an old internet explorer browser since that is the only one my work computer allows.  I have never had an issue until this point.
