It is saying my credentials aren't working but I logged in with the same credentials online and my phone app to Betterment and it worked.
Hi Alice Blue Cobra ! Try setting up the Betterment app password, and connecting again. Just in case, I sent you an email—and if that doesn't solve it, our importing team will be happy to look closer. 🙂

Log into Betterment, select settings, select security, select "Generate a new app password." These credentials should work to link your Betterment account in YNAB.
From the Betterment site: "App Passwords are app-specific passwords for use with services such as Mint, Personal Capital, and Turbotax. They allow apps to access your Betterment account without needing your Betterment account password. We'll generate the app passwords for you."
