Do I start Buffering?

Hi, I'm Anindhita and I'm a newbie at YNAB. I already start a budgeting since the last month and then I found YNAB and after read The Four Rules, I'm curious (and start to a little bit obsessed) about Rule Four (or Buffer?)

So, this month, I can say that I have IDR250,000 (around $16.12) left and I plan to throw it on my "Giving" for the next month. Since my Mother ordered me to give her IDR750,000 (around $48.36) each month, so with $16.12 from this month, I think I just need to give her the rest ($32.24) from my next month income. And if I do this diligently, I think I can give her full $48.36/month from my last month income.

And I have a similar thing with this one. I budgeted $32.24/month for Fuel and from this month I can say that I have $6.45 left because my office enforces me to work from home due to the pandemic. So I plan to throw this one in to my "Fuel" budget next month and the rest of it from my next month income (with the same total amount of budget).

Does it mean that  I start to buffer/reach Rule Four?
