Relinking account lost transactions
I changed my bank card a couple days ago, which changed my login info. YNAB then couldn't log in, so I unlinked then tried to relink. Still nothing. Next I removed the connection and added it again, then linked the accounts. All that worked, but now I'm missing transactions for about the past month, even before my last reconciliation.
Is there a way to make the accounts update?
Indigo Comet I'm so glad you were able to get reconnected! Have you tried File-Based Importing before? That will help you to get things up to date, but let us know if you have questions about using it!
If you'd rather not backfill those transactions, you can use the reconciliation process to create an adjustment and move forward from today, too.
