I have gone to both e-mail help as well as chat. Since the pending update my bank import hasn't worked. I tried to reset it and begin again but nothing for 2 weeks now. It worked perfect before the update. I am wondering if it always takes so long for them to fix a problem. They responded to begin with but nothing since. I am so frustrated! Any ideas out there as a way to fix it?
When I click import it says " We new connected to your bank but imports may take longer then expected."
