Unable to connect bank

I use Central Florida Educators FCU and it asks for my user name and password. It will not link using numbers- which is how my login is used. Any suggestions?

  • I can't connect to my Credit union anymore (Del-One FCU).  It ask me for my member number then for some pin code.  Not my password.  So I have no clue how to connect now.

      I double-check and I see Vida reported this issue to our Direct Import partner. Hopefully, things will be back up and running here soon! :)
