Put simply, I have $100ish remaining to allocate, but auch higher dollar amount in bank account. I trust both numbers, but what's the easiest way to identify all dollars that are committed to buckets but unused?
The amount in To Be Budgeted are the $s you have available to allocate and the amounts in the "available" column are those that are allocated but unused.
I really love this trick for performing a quick budget audit. It's saved me from panic quite a few times when my budget numbers were starting to look a bit suspicious 🧐
