Credit cards - budget does not reflect correctly
Hello - my wife and I have 4 credit cards on our YNAB budget. All of them are unlinked and manual input all transactions. We have been experiencing issues with our Old Navy and American Express cards. We have input every transaction and have the correct working balance, however when budgeting, in order to make our categories "green" or correct, we have to put random numbers in the budgeted category for it to be satisfied. Is there something that we are missing or an easy fix as to why this is? Our other cards do not cause this issue.

Almost always caused by overspending (possibly in a previous month) or not budgeting to cover the starting balance transaction (pre-YNAB debt).
The payment category Available should match the account balance as a positive number if you view this as a paid-in-full card. Just budget whatever is necessary to make that happen.
