Calling all Credit Union Users

Wondering if any credit unions work with YNAB.  Mine has been down over month and daily see other credit unions not working.  I use Coast Hills.

    I'm sorry you're still having trouble (I know, I've apologized a number of times, but I really am!). I bank with a credit union myself (not a fan of bank fees) and rarely have problems. It truly does vary based on the institution and some are more reliable than others. However, if direct import is offered for an institution, we do our best to troubleshoot and keep the connection up and running.

    We're working on a number of improvements to direct import, so hopefully issues there will become a thing of the past (or at least, much more rare and much less trouble to handle).

  • Hi Faness,  sorry to bother you, was not looking for any more apologies.  Yes. you have given more than enough. I was just wondering if credit unions were working for anyone as I see problems connecting, with them almost daily.  Was hoping someone was successfully able to connect with their credit union accounts.

      I bank with Consumers Credit Union and I remember having trouble once in over a year ( *knock on wood*), and that was due to them updating their online platform.

      I promise you that credit union connections are possible and can be stable. I'm hoping that once yours is back up and running it'll stay that way!

    • Hi Violet Sidewinder ! I see there is an error on your Oregon Community Credit Union connection, but the overall connection success rate is high, so we have a few things to try. Renae responded to your email with steps to help get you reconnected!

      Can you give those a try, and let her know how it goes?
