Can't connect to BBVA Compass

Just getting started, I connected to my credit union account just fine but cannot connect to my BBVA Compass account.  I know my login info is correct.

    I took a look and I'm seeing an error on your account that typically means invalid credentials have been entered. I know you mentioned your login information is correct, so it could be a few other things causing that error.

    Here are some things you can try that should help resolve this issue:

    — Check to make sure the URL you use to log into your online banking account matches the URL you see in YNAB.
    — Double check to make sure you're entering the correct credentials. If you’re using a password manager, try entering your login credentials in manually.
    — Log into your financial institution's online banking account, then immediately try reconnecting the account in YNAB.

    — If your password uses any special characters, changing your password not to include those characters can sometimes fix the issue.

    - the web address of the actual login page (if it differs from above):

    Once I have that information, I can have our Direct Import partner dig in!
