Hot Pink Guitar I unlinked the account from the bank. Went to re-set it up, deleted it out of the possible list of accounts it gives you when it links an account and re-setup the connection. Once I did that, I got it working.
Nate Whistler Yeah, I got the same behaviour. In the interim, I've just unlinked the account.
For me, Direct Importing, regardless of budgeting tool is what sells me on a product. It significantly diminishes the value of the budgeting tool when Direct Importing doesn't work. I'm currently looking at alternatives to see their reliability on direct importing for the financial institutions I deal with.
