CIBC importing issues

Looks like CIBC isn't importing any longer. Anyone else have issues?

This third party transaction provide seems to struggle. Still can't get mbna.ca to import either.

    • Hot Pink Guitar Sorry for the trouble! It looks like you're running into a separate issue that our Direct Import partner is currently working on ironing out. We're hoping to have an update from them soon, but File Based Importing can be a great time saver in the meantime! :)

    • Hot Pink Guitar I unlinked the account from the bank. Went to re-set it up, deleted it out of the possible list of accounts it gives you when it links an account and re-setup the connection. Once I did that, I got it working.

Nate Whistler Have you been able to get mbna working as well?

    • Gray Yeti kind of. I got it to relink but it didn’t pull in any transactions. But I have checked it in a few days.

Nate Whistler Yeah, I got the same behaviour. In the interim, I've just unlinked the account.

For me, Direct Importing, regardless of budgeting tool is what sells me on a product. It significantly diminishes the value of the budgeting tool when Direct Importing doesn't work. I'm currently looking at alternatives to see their reliability on direct importing for the financial institutions I deal with.
