Hi Magenta Major ! Does your American Express account happen to be for multiple credit card holders? I ask because although our import partner has a fix for the recent connection issue, it's also causing trouble for those with secondary card holders.
If you don't have secondary card holder(s), you can kick in the fix by removing and re-adding that connection (or like this if you're on mobile). 🎉
