Bank importing coming in Negative when in reality positive
Hi I'm new here, maybe I'm doing something wrong? I have a few accounts at one bank. All of the accounts except for one is coming in without an issue. One of the accounts is showing on the import as negative and therefore importing in Negative. How do I fix that?

Including the following information will get us digging in quickly:
1. The name of the financial institution that's giving you trouble.
2. The name of the account(s) this is happening with (as you’ve nicknamed it in YNAB).
3. The payee, date and amount of a few of your most recent transactions that have imported with the inflow/outflow swapped. Or you can send a screenshot if that’s easier.
I've just had the same thing happen for the last couple of days. I've alerted YNAB through the app. My transactions weren't matched properly because inflows were marked as outflows. I've also recently experienced duplicate transactions on my imports, not for the first time. I like YNAB, but these errors take time to fix and I'm not a YNAB newbie. For the newbies, it could be very confusing and troublesome to fix.Reply
