Is the iPad actively being developed ?

Are you planning to take advantages of the iPad ?

Not much seems to change in the app - split view is still not supported etc

Also reconciliation ?

Given the iPadOS is going to have a full class browser now i'm likely to switch to using that and giving up the app due to usability issues.

  • Hi berksgr !

When we make changes to the mobile app, the iPad app is included in those updates. We do have a number of things in store for the mobile app, but they're not quite ready just yet. We know users would love to see reconciliation on mobile, and we do hope to someday make the mobile app as fully-functioning as the web app, but we'll need a bit more time to do so.

Most mobile browsers can't support the web app, but with a full class browser the iPad may be able to in the future.

We'll continue to work on bringing new features to the app and we hope you'll like what we have in store!

    • Faness  The new iPad browser has the same capability as Safari on the Mac, so should be able to run your web version, but it's blocked because your servers ignore the browser type and read the OS and device and make the decision based on that.  Most sites that redirect to a mobile site or an app generally give the option  to ignore the redirect and get the desktop version - it would be great if you allowed that.

I would love to see the reports on the iPad version - the current app shows net worth and age of money in two quadrants of the screen, it looks like you're leaving the other two quadrants open for future reports, but it's been this way for a while.

    • Woolloomooloo Currently, we do have a road block in place. When the iPadOS is released later this year, this could change! Some users have mentioned being able to request the desktop site to still access the web app on mobile, but that doesn't always work.

The Spending and Income vs. Expense reports hold a lot of information that we haven't carried over to the mobile apps.

When you have a moment, would you mind submitting a Feature Request? That's the best way to let our product team know exactly what you'd like to see moving forward! :)
