I changed my YNAB password and now I am unable to open on mobile phone.

I already sent email to support with photo.  I get a message saying can't access YNAB server, Get help or Retry and I can't do either of them.  Any suggestions?

    Sorry for the trouble, that definitely shouldn't be happening. If you haven't already, can you try uninstalling and then reinstalling the mobile app? That may fix the issue you're running into.
