Question for Nintendo switch adults
I just saw a circle controller thing that comes with an exercise game. I HATE exercise but thought this might be a solution for me. Anyone have this? If so, what are your thoughts? Or should I try to find a resale Wii Fit?

Confession: I got excited just reading this thread title. 😅
I've heard good things about the Ring Fit and we've talked about getting one, but haven't actually purchased it. Instead, we've been playing Just Dance and I have no regrets. It's great for cardio and once you learn the songs you can piece together a work out to target what you're looking for ('Ma Itu' is for leg day and 'God Is A Woman' on Expert is the hardest 3 minute arm work out I have ever made it through 😆).
If we decide to get the Ring Fit anytime soon I'll check back in!

I have Ring Fit and it is indeed a good strength training workout. I usually do a 45 stationary bike ride and one level of Ring Fit and I'm wiped. Those squats get you. The "game" plays like a simple RPG with progression and strategy (later in the game you match exercise colors with enemy colors to deal the most damage), but it's engaging enough to want to keep playing.

I have ring fit, I do enjoy it, but find it does take a long time to get a decent amount of exercise time (a lot of the time is spent in dialogue/menus and walking/jogging). I also have fitness boxing on the switch, which I feel like gives me more of a workout in the same amount of time, but only my core and upper body (and is a bit more repetitive although they do try and vary it with different punches and ducks and weaves)
