See a list of goal amounts
I'm wanting to create a new budget that is just a hypothetical future scenario. In order to do that, I'm wanting to see what goal amounts I have set for all of my current subcategories. Is there a way to see all of the goal amountss in one view, or print a list of the budget categories and associated goal amounts?
What I'm trying to avoid is having to click on each category individually to see what I have budgeted as goal before I can enter it in the new budget. thanks

If you use Chrome or Firefox, you can add the Toolkit for YNAB (Google it), which adds a ton of indispensable options, including a visual reminder on the budget page of goals you have set, and the Inspector on the right of that page can show total monthly goals.

Sky Blue Cobra On the Budget tab of the Toolkit Settings, there are two options: "Add Goals Indications" will identify the type of goal set. Tick the slider to turn it on. Then scroll down to "Display total monthly goals," and tick the slider. Be sure to save the settings (button at top) and refresh the screen when you're back in YNAB.

JoeDid yes, I had both of those boxes on, but toggled them off and back on again then saved, and it still only shows the goal type in the newly created left column. any other ideas? thanks for your help

Sky Blue Cobra Are you saying the goal amounts aren't showing? Can you select a category where you have a goal set, and check the settings for it in the right sidebar? The amount should be showing, based on your settings as reported.

JoeDid I found it. there is a third place, a drop down window in titled "Display Target Goal Amount and Overbudget Warning". it's working now! thanks for your help
