Tangerine Bank Error and Broken Contact Form

Hi!

So, I'm having issues linking my Tangerine bank account to my YNAB account.  I went through the whole log in/verification via Plaid process and received a message saying that I had connected successfully.  When the next screen loaded, which was the one that should allow me to select the specific account (checking, savings, etc.), that screen was blank.  After a few minutes with nothing happening, I clicked the back button which brought me back to the Linked Accounts screen.  It showed the Tangerine Bank account there, with a message saying that it needed attention.  I went through the whole process again, and got an error message saying that my credentials were invalid, right after successfully authenticating via YNAB.

After retrying this process three times, I went to send a message to YNAB via their contact form, and got a 500 Server Error.

So...thoughts on what I should do next?
