More Money in Bank account than YNAB
I consistently have $200 or more in my bank account than ynab shows, even with pending transactions in the bank account. What am I doing wrong? Everything seems to match.

I am the opposite - My YNAB has extra money then my bank account. The amount on the left-hand side is the correct amount in my checking. I have given more dollar’s jobs, then I have the funds for. I have budgeted an extra 168.79, somewhere, somehow. I went to the month ahead to see if that is where the extra funds are budget. I am still 168.79 over, I don't know how to take money away from categories to make everything balance. Without adding the funds to be budgeted. Everything has been reconciled and all transactions entered. I just don’t know where to look anymore

Faness I used this recommendation when after reconciling, I had exactly $90 more dollars in my checking account than I showed in my YNAB checking. I could not find where this money came from, so I made an adjustment, and naturally, I now have $90 to be budgeted. I'm worried this isn't "real" money, so I went ahead one month, added my total available amount + $90 to be budgeted. I then totaled up the amount in my cash accounts. Unfortunately, the amounts don't match up and they're off by exactly $23. Because of the exact amounts, this is making me think this is some kind of mistake I've made somewhere, but I just can't figure it out. Any advice would be much appreciated!

You'll figure it out soon. The main thing to check for is any red categories or TBB. If any, move funds from green categories to eliminate the red.
You also want to make sure there YNAB account balances agree with the real world. Do this by reconciling.
