Unable to update YNAB billing info

Trying to update the billing info for my account and the fields are not available. Tried with Google Chrome (with ad blocking) and a clean Safari browser.

    Sorry for the trouble!

    There are a few scenarios which might cause a field or a button to become inaccessible on that screen—let’s see if any of these apply to you:

     - Adblock software has caused problems. Whitelisting the subscription page should fix it. 

     - Other times, a virus software called McAfee will block those fields, and resetting the web adviser settings helps. Other anti-virus settings may also cause problems.

     - Password management software like LastPass can sometimes interfere, and disabling it temporarily has helped.

     - Some people have seen issues with Keychain (MacOS’s password management solution) and low disk space. Freeing up some disk space may help there. 

    The final reason we’ve seen this happen is when our payment provider is being blocked by your internet service provider or by mandated filtering in the country where you reside. We’re trying to figure out why they would block our payment provider. 

    The best way to see if this is the scenario that applies to you is to try a different computer on a different internet service provider at work or somewhere nearby. If one works and not the other, the Internet Service Provider is likely to blame and you may be able to ask them to allow you access to Recurly, our payment provider.
