Cannot setup Credit One Bank

Sign in to institution website at works as expected.

Seeing this issue for about 4 days now... any ideas?

    Oh darn, I'm so sorry you're running into that! Unfortunately, I don't have the best news either. 😔

    We just learned that Credit One Bank is currently blocking access from our third-party data provider, which means our Direct Import partner is unable to support the connection at this time. It's possible they will be able to re-establish integration in the future (we hope they will!), but we aren't able to guarantee if or when that might happen.

    I know that's not the news you were hoping for. It's certainly not news we enjoy sharing, either. We know what a big deciding factor Direct Import plays when it comes to subscribing (or continuing to subscribe) and we very much dislike the thought of letting you down.

    We've also heard from other Credit One users that QFX files aren't available for our alternative to direct imports (File Based Importing) which just adds to the frustration! But entering transactions is easier and faster if you use Upcoming Transactions for reoccurring expenses (rent and utility bills) and Mobile Apps for recording spending on-the-go (gas and groceries).

    We'd also recommend reaching out to Credit One directly and letting them know you'd like to be able to access your transaction data via YNAB and/or bank files (it's your data, you should have access to it beyond their online banking!)— but only if you're up for it, of course! We've found many financial institutions react more quickly when they start hearing from their customers, so it's always worth a shot. :)

      We haven't heard anything on this front just yet. Would you be willing to reconnect your Bank One account? I may be able to send our Direct Import partner updated information to see if we can't push this along! :)

      I have confirmed the login information repeatedly.

      Beige Lobster Unfortunately, nothing has changed on the status for Credit One! They're still blocking access from data aggregators, but it's on our Direct Import partners radar should things change!
