I am unable to link an account to Fidelity NetBenefits. There has been an ongoing error saying the connection is temporarily delayed. Any Thoughts?
Hi JR5445 ! I took quick look at your Fidelity NetBenefits connection. That is successful, and everything is good on this end!
Our Direct Import partner tries to sync with each of your connections daily. But it's not uncommon for any financial institution to say, "Sorry, check back later—we're busy!". This is what triggers the Delayed error to show up on your end.
Except this (here's where it gets a little hard to explain) — there's a bit of a lag-time between when they complete a successful sync and you see that `Delayed` status turn to `Good`. And that sounds like the case here!
I refreshed that connection from this end, but you might not see the error clear up until the next check. Let me know how that looks tomorrow!
