Add me to the list of AMEX Import Issues. Removed account, added back and it imported but it was a one time import only. It will not update. Please make this a high priority item!
AMEX imports with ease on my other programs. Quicken and Personal Capitol.
Me too. I didn't notice at first because my Amex card (Delta Platinum) that I use almost daily has been importing fine all month. But then I noticed my husband's card account (Delta Gold) that I keep as a tracking account that he uses only for business travel expenses, hasn't updated since July 10. This isn't the kind of account I can manually enter as he has a ton of charges that I can't anticipate, categorize, or even make sense of. I try to help him itemize for his reimbursements and it's a mess right now.
So it's not ALL Amex accounts for some reason. At least my on-budget one is ok for now...Reply

Since we’ve received reports from a number of American Express users who are running into the same issue, we’ve reported it to our import partner.
While we hope it will be fixed within a couple days, it could take a couple weeks depending on the complexity. We’ll post updates on our Status Page as we hear back from our import partner, so please check in with us there!
To keep everything up to speed, enter transactions on the go with the mobile app and try File-Based Importing in the web app. The good news is it's super easy to download a QFX from Amex (it's the "Quicken" option), and then drag and drop a file containing your transactions right into YNAB. If the QFX file type isn't available, try downloading a CSV.

Hello, my AmEx accounts have now stopped importing transactions from the other authorized user cards on my AmEx accounts. Only transactions made with my card are being imported, so the account balances are all incorrect. Can this be fixed please? My account balances have been off for a few weeks, and I just now noticed the pattern as to why.Reply
