Deleting before trial ends

I have trouble using this app and would like to unsubscribe from using this app altogether. If I delete before the trial ends, will I still be charged?

  • I don't think it's about deleting, but canceling your membership via customer service

      xgirlmama totally agree,  contact customer service.  I highly encourage you to keep trying apps and methods until you find what works for you. This isn't the only way to manage your money.  Tiller looks good. I didnt like Everydollar,  but its another option.  there are many.

      Orchid Octopus Did you catch the comment from Nicole @YNAB? Since you haven't entered your payment information, you don't need to do anything to cancel other than stop using the app.

      Orchid Octopus I don't have an email, but you can start a chat in the app, a ? in circle icon in the lower left of the desktop screen.

    • Orchid Octopus You don't have to write in since your account doesn't need to be cancelled through us, but I wanted to leave the email address for anyone else who stumbles upon this thread. Support can be reached at help@ynab.com or through the chat options in the apps. :)

  • You don't need a credit card for the trial. Are you sure you provided one?

    Since payment information isn’t required to start a trial, there really isn’t anything you need to do to cancel your trial—you won’t be charged.
