  • Hi Spring Green Cobra !

    Sorry for the trouble!

Since you have transactions you know have cleared your bank over 24 hours ago, but they are not available to import, try following these steps to remove the connection and re-link the account. If you have other accounts associated with that connection, be sure to reconnect those, too!

Give it a day or two and see if you're able to import new transactions. If transactions still aren’t importing, let us know so we can work with our import partner to figure out what’s going on! :)

  • I haven't been able to log into PNC for some time. It occasionally permitted to answer my security questions, but then claimed it had trouble connecting.

Either way, it's been weeks, and YNAB still cannot import my transactions, so  I attempted tried removing the connection.

After I did so,  it once again failed to log on (connection problems). Then, it finally let me answer my security questions and ceased working. The next attempt told me that I already had a connection with the credentials and suggested attempting to remove the connection and try again. My last attempt said there was some difficult with connecting with the  bank.

Throughout this experience, I have been able to log into my bank account via my Internet browser. I've been able to download .QFX files and manually upload them to my budget (it's a nuisance, but it beats adding each entry manually). So, I have a workaround, but I'd really like to get this resolved.

    • Hi Cadet Blue Orca !

Sorry for the delayed response here! I see you wrote in to support via email - you're in good hands! Hopefully, your PNC account will be back up and running soon! :)
