Connecting to my bank (GUCU)...

Recently, my bank connection as working fine...  but they switched over to a new site.  Now I cannot connect.

I have tried going thru all the steps in the "Issues Connecting", but no avail...  I put in my log in info, then i put the access code in... and after a couple of minutes, it fails.

I checked on banking website, but there are no settings to enable/disable the connection.

I don't know what else to do...

    It sounds like we need to notify our direct import partner of that new website your bank switched to. Here's where you can submit that new info!

    In the meantime, try File Based Import, which allows you to drag-and-drop a file of transactions from your bank into YNAB.
