Quicken Loans Connection Problems
I'm having problems connecting to Quicken Loans to download my mortgage transactions. It used to work in the past. I believe it stopped working when we began the process of refinancing our house. At that point, two loans began showing up on the initial screen after logging in and we had to pick the loan we wanted to look at. Well the re-fi process is complete and the connection problems persist. The old loan and the new loan are still displayed and we still have to select the loan we want to look at. Has anyone else run into this problem? If so, how did you get around it or have you?
Hi David Baldon ,
This is a great question! Usually, when new loans are added (or refinanced) through the same company, a new loan appears instead of the current loan being updated (like what you're seeing on your end). When that happens, selecting the new loan when connecting the account should update things accordingly. Are you receiving an error message when you select the new loan or is it connecting but no new transactions are importing?
If you email support at email@example.com they can take a look at your account to see what's going on with that connection. We may need to report it to our Direct Import partner to have them investigate!
(Also, I'm going to move this over to the Direct Import section because I think the connection is the issue and not an actual bug.)Reply
