Citi bank card not syncing correctly
Recently, when one of my credit cards has a charge it also has the same amount in a credit called TRANSFER PURCHASE BALANCE TO XXXX. How do I fix this?
Hi Gold Rain ! The most important thing is to make sure that your transaction data in YNAB matches reality. It sounds like that may be some kind of balance transfer between accounts. When you log in to your Citi card account on their website, does it show the same activity?
