Website not syncing with app??

I entered a transaction into the App yesterday.

When I logged into the desktop/website version today, it's not there.

I had to reload the budget in the website to get it to show.

Do I need to do this every time to get transactions from the app to show up in the website?

I would understand if I had just entered it or was already logged in or something.  

But to not automatically show up the next day??  Am I missing a step or is this normal?

  • Hey Blue Display ! The web and mobile app will sync but there are a few habits that could impact this. Are you in the habit of force closing the mobile app?

    We recommend leaving the app open in the background. This article talks more about that. It's iOS focused, but our developers mentioned it's similar for Android.

    If you're looking at both devices at the same time, a refresh can help. I did a test while writing this, and within a few minutes—the web app updated, with no refresh. If you don't see a difference leaving the mobile app open, let me know!
