linked Credit Card # has changed...
What's the easiest way change the cc# of a linked account? I lost my card and was sent a new card with a new #. Unlink the old and link the new? I'm worried about losing transactions or creating a mess. Any help appreciated. Thanks so much!!!
Unless your actual credit account (the account at your financial institution that is basically loaning you money) was closed, there is no need to unlink and relink that account within YNAB.
I believe your confusing our credit card #, the one that is listed on the actual physical card that you type in or swipe when you pay, with your credit account at your financial institution. Physical credit cards are reissued with new numbers all the time (because they expire, or get lost or stolen) and that doesn't have any affect on the actual financial account that issues you credit.
You do not have to do anything within YNAB, again, unless you closed your credit (loan) account and reopened a new credit (loan) account.
