New Phone issue

Hi! I have been using YNAB for a couple months so I've already paid my membership. I just got a new phone and am trying to log in to the app and it says my free trial is over and I have to subscribe through itunes, which doesn't make any sense. Please help! I rely on the app to enter purchases on location! Thanks!

    That should only happen if you're logging into the mobile app with a different email address. I sent you a quick email to verify the email address we have on file to make sure that's the one you're using to log in.

    You can respond here or to the email I sent if that doesn't fix the issue! :)

      Sorry for the trouble you're having! Are you only having this issue on the mobile app? If you log in on a computer, are you able to see your budgets? If so, how are you accessing your budget - is it through www.ynab.com or are you using YNAB 4 (a program downloaded to your computer)?
