Unable to connect to SOFI account
I have been unable to connect to my SOFI account for a few weeks now. I am prompted to to get the authentication token which, although annoying, is normal for this connection. But I get a new screen lately that asks me to select the account I'd like to link, but there is no account listed.
This account used to work.
Hi Orange Deer ! I’m happy to help. This is an odd one! I do see that the connection is currently successful, but that zero accounts are available. 🤔
Can you try removing and re-adding the SoFi connection and let me know how it goes?
