Managing Recurring Transactions

Is there a way to see all the recurring transactions I've set up, and edit them?  I made a mistake on one and have a duplicate on another.  I can fix them manually each month, but I'd like to be able to correct it once and for all.  Thanks!

  • If you click on All Accounts, all of your scheduled transactions across all accounts should be at the top of the page.

In case you don't see them where Superbone mentioned, make sure the Scheduled Transactions option is selected under your Filter options in the top right of your account register.

Another angle on this question: the "scheduled" part of the register only shows the next upcoming instance of the transaction, but if you modify the scheduled transaction, it will save that modification for all future instances.

  • I am looking to manage recurring transactions, primarily to confirm that all transactions that should be recurring are correctly configured. More specifically, it would be useful to be able to view all transactions that are recurring, including the next scheduled date and the frequency/periodicity of each transaction.

Is there a view that will provide this detail? If not, can this view be added? Also, is there a convenient workaround that I can use in the interim?

By the way, technical support, I am NOT Alice Blue Lightning and this seems like a significant privacy issue / program bug...

Alice Blue Lightning They made a business decision to buy forum software that has no redeeming qualities whatsoever, one of which being creating silly anon usernames for every person who logs in. Because as we all know, making people anonymous on the internet definitely encourages them to engage with one another civilly. [/dripping sarcasm] You can change your name by clicking on your profile but I would suggest just rabble rousing as Alice Blue Lightening since there are 8 Alice Blue Lightnings who have preceded you and who's to know which one is which?

Alice Blue Lightning In answer to your question, with the exception of the frequency of the recurrence, most of this can be seen by toggling on the "scheduled transactions" view in the account registers. If you'd like to see all of them at once, do this while in the "all accounts" register.
