Key Bank - Not Importing
Key Bank was literally the last of the 4 accounts I have linked that was importing correctly...now its not. 😥
Capital One - 2 card, I get it, Capital One screwed something up, I will just keep requesting the code daily to enter.
Discover... No idea what is happening on that one, cannot import at all.
Now Key Bank, both Checking and Savings is broken.
Hi Darina! Oh no! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with multiple bank connections.
I took a look on our end and I'm seeing an error on the Key Bank connection that usually gets cleared up by our import partner automatically, but it can take 48 hours to do so (or 72 if it happens to fall on a weekend). This kind of error pops up when your financial institution asks us to check back later.
If you're still seeing this error after another day or so, can you let me know? At that point, we'll dig in some more!
For Capital One, their security requirements changed recently, and you will need to re-authorize more often. I know that's not ideal, but it's great for security!
Our import partner is currently working directly with Discover, in order to restore the connection. You can find more details over in this thread.
I'm currently unable to access Key Bank, though it had been working.
As of 3:18 PM MDT on 10/22/2019 I get "The login information wasn't recognized"
The same login information works on the website. I do think they added an additional layer of security. I needed to get an access code via text. I *think* that's new.
