Credit Card's Available/Payment Category Is Green, But There Is No Credit Card Balance (CC is Paid In Full)
As you can see, the credit card in question ("Bo's Amazon Credit Card") is paid in full and there is a zero dollar balance showing. This is correct.
However, YNAB wants me to pay an additional $9.33 to this card. Why? And how do I fix this?

why did it happen
Typically this is due to an inflow categorized as TBB. For example, a purchase reward issued as a statement credit. ETA: In such cases, you must manually reduce the Payment category if this is a paid-in-full CC with a negative working balance (which is almost always the case).
Some people erroneously categorize returns to TBB (and therefore throw off the Payment category), but these should be categorized to the original spending category instead.
I spoke too soon.... It's not fixed; now it's showing that I'm overspent.
It's showing I'm overspent in December, not November, because I have part of the month in November budgeted already I guess.
Also, I budget down to $0.01 -- not $0.00. I was getting confused by YNAB pulling from future months, and found this suggestion in Reddit. Anyway, that's why you see the red TBB amount of $9.32 instead of $9.33.)
Arrrggghhhhh........... So, moving it to another category didn't work because now I'm overspent in the future. What the heck do I doooooooooo.
P.S. I'm a relatively new user -- two months -- so really appreciate the help. Thanks all.
