American Express very slow to sync, if at all
I have been having a problem for the last two weeks where I have to delete and re-add my American Express connection in order for transactions to download. As an example, I am sitting at over 26 hours since my last sync and I will have to delete and re-add the connection to get new data.
Is this a widespread issue or is there something I need to tweak?
Hey Josh ! Can you report a Bank Importing Issue, so our team can look into that American Express connection and the missing transactions? Since you've removed it recently, please leave the connection as-is for now. Creating a brand new one over and over may disguise the issue!
