Logging in to YNAB on computer

I keep having trouble logging in to YNAB from my Mac. On safari I get a message that it can’t find the server. On chrome I recently (9/30) started to get the message attached. On Mozilla it says loading and other messages of the such and never connects. 
 

how can this be fixed?

  • I think I saw this discussed on the YNAB FaceBook group.  It is a "known" issue.  Yup just checked.  Here is the post.  And below is Ben from YNAB answer.  Not sure if you're in the FB group but you can also contact support about this. And here is the article he links to

      Here's one more tip, if the above applies to you: If your computer is too old to upgrade to the latest Mac OS, you could also try updating at least to something like High Sierra, to see if that gets you past that error.

  • Since Apple’s new feature private relay — to protect a user’s privacy from trackers, etc — I’ve been having the same problem with many sites. Turning it off in iCloud settings, logging in and turning it back on works for me. Bypassing content blockers may also work for you. Good luck!
