Ongoing Issues with Delayed Accounts
Is there anyone from YNAB that can comment on the ongoing issues with delayed accounts?
I've sent an inquiry over to support regarding one account that tried to un-link/re-link to resolve the issue, and now cannot re-link (an Amex account). That account had not imported a transaction since 2/17. However there is another local banking institution account that hasn't imported since 3/4, and now as of this morning my 2 Chase accounts are also delayed on imports.
My subscription is about to re-up for another year, but going a month+ at a time without imports makes it difficult to have a lot of faith in the product going forward, no matter how much progress I've made with it in the past. I need the app to actually function for it to be useful as a budgeting software.
