Can't manage connections

I am not able to link accounts or access the manage connections page. When I try I see this: 

We Couldn't Connect

Each institution is different, so setting up Direct Import isn't an exact science. Check our troubleshooting guide.

  • I'm having the same issue with my Bank of America and Discover accounts.  Haven't tried the others.  It hasn't imported in days, and when I went to unlink the accounts this morning to relink them, I'm getting that error.
