Trouble Linking Chase Credit Card

Hello! I'm having difficulties connecting a chase credit card. When I try to connect a new account I get a message saying that the request was denied. This has been the case for the last few weeks.

 

Steps to Reproduce

  • From the budget page, click Add Account
  • On the Add Account dialog, click Linked
  • On the Linked Account dialog, click Add New Connection
  • Click Agree
  • Select Chase
  • Click Continue

Then I get the following request denied error shown below. Is there something YNAB can do about this? It would be really nice to be able to link that credit card. Hopefully this is the correct place to put question.
