First time for everything, I guess...
Last night, I waited up until after midnight so my paycheck hit my account, and immediately budgeted it and paid several upcoming bills.
I was excited to pay the bills. I've never felt like that before.
Anyway, I've only been budgeting for a couple weeks with YNAB now and I'm really liking it so far. I count it as a win that I'm not feeling stressed or worried about my finances already, and like I'm actually planning for my future. Also, now that I know what's in each of my "buckets", I'm doing a better job of not going out and spending what's in my account just because it's there. So, that's a win too!
My money is now "8 days old", and I get excited each time I see it go up another day. I'm looking forward to it stretching past 30 days (goal is for it to make it to 180 days, but that will take a long while).

Just as a follow up: a number of little things came up in the last few days, and my money has "youthened" to just 3 days 馃槃
That being said, it did highlight another annual bill I had missed in my initial passes, which is now in my monthly expenses. All in all, not too bad for the first couple of weeks I think!
Also, if YNAB could find a way to youthen people instead of money, I know of a few people who would be interested in that tech! 馃槈
