Sorry for the trouble! I took a look on our end and I'm seeing an error that usually gets cleared up by our import partner automatically, but it can take 48 hours to do so (or 72 if it happens to fall on a weekend). If you're still seeing this error after another day or so, can you let me know? At that point, we'll dig in some more!
Thanks for the quick reply! SoFi doesn't offer file export at this time so the import option isn't currently available. I have been using the app in the meantime, but right now, I definitely prefer automatic import. I know there are converts to manual, buuuuuuuuut...I'm not there, yet, haha.
Any update to the SoFi money connection not working? I had unlinked a few times with no success, then I removed the connection. I am not able to add the connection again because of the issue that’s going on. I do everything manually, but I miss my imports as my backup!
Sorry for the trouble. We're still working on this issue with our import partner. They checked in with us last week and let us know they needed more time to get to the bottom of things. We're keeping an eye on this and we're hoping to have better news soon!
