Transaction import failure

Three of my accounts (Synchrony; Fidelity; Wells Fargo) are experiencing transaction import failure, which I've not been able to remedy. I can't keep my budget reconciled if YNAB can't see my transactions. What's the deal??

  • Bank importing issues should be reported via the link on the forum's front page under Important Links on the right side.

  • I reported one of them (Fidelity) and the other 2 are apparently under "maintenance." I posted here because I think it's absurd that 3 of my accounts are not working at one time. Is anyone else experiencing this? For a paid product it strikes me as unacceptable.
