capital one requires authentication every time I log into YNAB

Hi there! I'm not sure why this occurring, but every day when I log into YNAB, my capital one credit card accounts require a new authentication (ie, sending a pin to my phone number or email.) Is there any way to prevent this from happening?   It's getting slightly annoying. :)

  • This issue is getting worse. I'm successfully inputting the code in a timely manner only to get "Ops! Something went wrong" a few times each week.

    • Violet Viper Yeah, I've been seeing that too... then when I try again, it doesn't even require the 2-factor auth code but just succeeds.

  • So I just started using YNAB and I can't get passed the putting in of my password, I would love to have to re-authenticate each time I logged in.  Or is that only possible for folks who were in before the fallout?

      You should still be able to connect your Capital One account, it just requires frequent re-authentication to pull in your transactions.
